- Cross-border-transport federal-felony exposure plus North Dakota state-law liability under § 19-03.1-23.
- Manitoba/Canada CBP federal-felony exposure either direction regardless of provincial or state legality.
- Cannabis DUI under impairment-only standard.
- Civil-asset-forfeiture proceedings.
- WSI workers’ comp denial under § 65-01-11 rebuttable presumption.
